We stopped for the night a hour ish ago after spending the day driving through the Cairngorms we went through on the A93 and A939 and what a amazing drive it was, and that tight hump back bridge was fun. With the hills I don't think the bus has ever had to work that hard lol.

Tonight we are about 10 meters from the sea in John o groats, perfect place to spend our 24th anniversary, we have pulled the slides in as it's blowing a hooley and raining out there.
The trip has been great so far apart from the odd RV issue.

Engine started misfiring for some reason on the way here on both log and petrol but strangely ran perfect when switching between the two.
But seems ok again now.

NSF jack ram burst when setting up today ,so another job to add to the list

Just a normal day of owning a RV as you all know lol

I will put some on when I can as one thing they don't have here is internet ,which is a good thing mostly.
The landscape here us just stunning. We went going the NC500 route mainly and there are lots of single track roads with paring places but never had one problem. We also wild camped several times only went to a site when we wanted to leave the bus and go exploring in little car.

Tonight we are now down by loch lomond in a big off road layby in a gorgeous valley.
We have now decided to drive back to Essex via the lake district, the Yorkshire moors and the peak district is some order anyway.
We are having a fab time and trying to wild camp or camp for free as I call it as much as possible and we are doing good so far.
Tomorrow we will have a look at loch lomond then head south with a stop off at lake windermere as well.
