Do you really want to go to Torquay ??? Over priced and overfull usually. If you are mobile ie toad then why not try http://www.riversidecaravanpark.com/ - never been there - its too close but heard some very good reports of it and its a good central point for all the things in that part of the west country.

I have an Aunt I need to visit there and as we have no toad we may need a bus stop to go and hire a car:thumbup::thumbup:
