My wish list for the year is it doable in a 34 ft Rv?
Done Scotland several times up the east coast and John o groats top end and down to Loch Ness.
Loch Lomond several times etc so know about narrow roads. Any advice would be helpful
Thanks

Perfectly do'able in 34 feet Bill - miss out the Applecross bit !!
Avoid peak holiday season - the rental motorhomes, if any, well the drivers of said, are a nightmare

just be choosy where you go and take a spare mirror to many timber lorries up around there
as for the language dont leave it to late
if the poison dwarf gets her way as well as continue to fly the european flag over the scottish office
that disgusts me we are not in the EU
if she gets her way she will sign us back in to the EU and make us speak a foreign tongue
and drive on the wrong side of the road ok that would suit the Left hookers but what happens at the border control at carlisle
well seeing im not a happy easter bunny at the moment :banghead::banghead:

A lot more than I had in Feb 2018 when I had none.
We are doing a large chunk of it around July / August (It's the only time we can go.) yes in the main holidays I know, but planing to park the RV up and use the transit to tour around in.

All booked in, some private some Caravan & Motor Home Club.
I think we will be spending a fair bit of time doing a few trips to Scotland this year as the father in law is in hospital at the moment and the wife has just gone up to help her mum out....

Got stuck on the way to cashael camp site ( Loch Lomond) with a timber lorry had real rage at stupid escort driver I asked him if his boyfriend was the lorry driver. Why ? He was about ten feet ahead off him. So at the narrowest bit of road we had 3 cars 2 caravans several motorhomes behind us ...TWAT. What nearly got him killed was he was rude to wife

blimey, I’ve come down from John O’Groats in a car and a motorbike and some of the early bits of A9 down to Blair Atholl gave me the Collywobbles.
maybe it’s been widen a bit since then, also there were a couple of really bad anti cambers that if you caught them in a bit of a hurry, made you make some funny noises, to.
