RV broken down on A40

I was on the A40 heading towards the M50 and passed an unfortunate RV'er at the roadside gave him a toot as I passed, would have stopped but he had RAC there with him and I didn't want to add another RV at the road side........ I saw him wave back at me, is he on this forum?
