Hi all
Just back from a couple of nights at C&C Club site at Keswick
After alot of humming an harring about our size etc etc etc
we were finally allowed to book a spot on the site, (we've been before loads of times in the Autotrail tag axles with no problems) We arrived and 'squeezed' through the gates with room to spare!!! and were given a choice of several pitches. I have to say that the warden was very helpfull and seemed pleased to accommadate us The one we chose would have been big enough for a 30/32 footer with no problems and noticed that lots of the pitches would have accommadated that size of RV. The only possible problem would have been meeting another rig on the approach road to the site, approx 400mtrs of road once you have left the main road, the problem being width, a passing or and reversing situation.
We also had to shunt a couple of times to line up to go through the gates when we left, all that said we would return to this site out of season, a lovely site in a lovely setting. But why oh why as soon as you say RV no!! no!! no!! 001_rolleyes::001_rolleyes:
