Couple of great sites!! If I can get my 40ft Vectra in, it's very RV friendly!!

Clawydd Newydd Nr Ruthin, Denbighshire

There is a community run shop with a huge carpark at the rear. OK, it is parking on hard standing only but there are ample 16A power stands and water. Views to die for. In 14 days, we were the only ones there.

Adequate items in the shop at reasonable prices, community run pub 200 yds away, great Sunday lunch. Small swing park by site with football field.

10 pound/night CC site

Whitchurch Marina, Shropshire

Grass pitches opposite canal.

Small canal shop

Ample water & power 16A

That's good to know as my niece lives near Ruthin so could stay there when we visit

Especially for including the information of your RV (y) these details are most important, don't want to turn up at a site with a 40ft RV that can only accommodate a 30footer :(
 
Nice one.........here's one I posted many times and just come home from, Wells holiday park Heybridge Wells, Jason is very helpful call first as not may 40' pitches but easy access and another bonus for us adults only.
 
We can second Jason's place in Wells, been a few times ourselves. Just about a mile from Wells centre so easy walk for most, bus stop outside to, lovely little city.
