You could drive to the Mucking power station and the (off road) route would provide enough vibration to shake those pounds off. And shake some teeth out too!

Where is this Power Station at Mucking? I thought their was only the Nature Reserve and a few properties after you went over the Level Crossing.

I was wondering the same, I go down that way to cross the "Nature Reserve" landfill site on my way to the Port

Trust me , it's there. I admit that it is not what you would expect a power station to look like but it is a small, fairly unobtrusive version that generates electricity for the grid.

Also, I couldn't find ANY reference to it's location/address on line. I only had "Mucking Power Station, Mucking Lane, Mucking, Essex" - no postcode!!

If you're going to the nature reserve there is a turning off that eventually leads you to the power station BUT, be warned, the approach is VERY off-road and in poor condition. Only 4x4 drivers and hardy van drivers can cope!!!!!

No, I do not do Facebook. I have lately been going down the Welcome Club to see the groups on Friday & Saturday nights. I have been at Peterborough this weekend. Getting away as much as we can now but wish the weather would improve.
