Travel insurance for Europe?

As Brexit is looming large on the horizon with the very high prospect of a 'no deal', what sort of travel insurance have you all got....and from whom? (Being mindful that the EHIC cards will no longer be valid after 31st December 2020, should it all end in a no deal scenario).

Has anyone found insurance that will cover long term stays and covid-19 illnesses?

Nothing so far Merv, although the RV insurance is ok.
Just have to make sure that any heart attacks occur prior to New Years Eve..
So any guzzling Guinness, eating fry ups n chocolate, smoking an strenuous exercise on the toilet will be restricted from January 1st...
Haha, we're the same, our RV is fully covered....but it's our medical stuff we need to sort out. Living on the Isle of Man has some benefits but we have to pay for medical insurance just to visit the UK, let alone Europe! The island has never been part of the EU, we're only what they call 'associate' members.....a bit like chewing gum stuck on someone's shoe, annoying but harmless :emo:
