Anyone crossed with RV Poole-Cherbourg?

looking to go sometime next week, 15-22November. One way only.

Been quoted £290 single for 10m M/H with 5m trailer and 2 adults, no children/dogs etc. Dosent seem to bad but any suggestions on getting a cheaper deal would be appreciated. No Tesco points or anything like that and not members of either CC or CCC.
Only one ferry a day at 8am, and the £290 didn't seem to make a difference whatever the day.

Also is there overnight parking allowed at the ferry terminal. We are staying only 30 miles away but don't do early mornings lol. So would rather arrive the night before.

Thanks

Shawn

Hi stunette. Thanks for that, I'll send him a message. We normally go via Dover but as we are down this way thought Poole worth a go. Cost more on the ferry but then I save on fuel not having the drive down from Calais.

Shawn.

I think the crossing is over 6 hours.. It's a long time to leave the dog on its own.. Well it's too long for ours.. Big babies..
