Lovely RV friendly site near Skipton, Yorkshire.

Hi everyone. Hope we are posting this is right place, but thought we should let you know we found a great site here. Having just plunged our retirement savings into "Davey" as we have christened him, we only had a 3 month guarantee so decided to take a trial trip not far from home. First the visit in the car to check it out and then the 40 miles on wide roads to the site GALLABER park near Hellifield. We took a fully serviced pitch (they have 5 ) and 4 of them are long enough for our 35 feet. Lovely entrance very wide. Only 15 minute walk to Hellifield off road, and trains and busses from there to Leeds, Skipton, Settle etc. Great staff, clean facilities and well spaced pitches. Have booked for next October on same pitch £300 for month includes all electric etc. Seemed ok as mother paying!
Does anyone have info in pitches around Scarborough?

Hi Lena, is this a Caravan Club or Camping and Caravanning Club or Commercial site?

Hi. GALLABER Park is part of is Thornley Leisure Group, they have 7 parks altogether. Unfortunately they are not advertised as either of the associations you mention. We found them very welcoming and accommodating. Cheers.
