Go Box update

The saga continues. There are 4 Euro emission bands that are charged. What band am I. Not on log book. DVLA say ring low emission zone helpline. Your vehicle is too old to have a band. Contacted Go Box company again. This time they replied in German. Caravan Club European travel help, was no help. We might scrap the Slovenia trip or we cross northern Italy.

have just found this link to a blog which may be of interest as the way i read it, it states in it that if you are over 3.5t and do not use the motorway or express ways (S) roads you dont need a go box

Weight restriction

Sure I read somewhere that many of the roads have weight restrictions so you do have to use the motorways but I could be wrong:blushing:

Another poster said that a while back, he said its difficult to completely avoid M/Ways as many roads have weight restrictions. Never been to Austria myself so no idea personally.
