Hi all, After the Southport meet, we are heading up to Elgin to visit our Grandsons (they have just moved up there) Anyone know of Good sites in the area or around Inverness to stop on in the RV . :biggrin:

stayed at one in Inverness name escapes me for the mo it was cheap had water lecky and and a dump (not on pitch you had to go near loos for grey and black dump) We are going on from Southport to lakes and then to Loch Lomond (change of plan)

Hi Paul & Debra - Maybe worth a look at ... a few years back we stayed at Grantown-On-Spey campsite (which is about 30miles from Elgin) if you're towing a car it's a great place to go out and explore from. The site is now CC affiliated, but you don't have to be a member and big pitches too. Link

Speyside By Craigellachie CCC site is excellent. Beautifully clean and tidy. Views and walks to die for. Easy access for our 37' 6" RV. 16 miles from Elgin :thumbup:.
