Hi All,
Anybody ever stopped at Camping Colombier near Fejus France?
It's in the BPG but the write up appears to have been written by the site

Thanx

Not one that we have been to as it says up to 36'..

I see what you mean though, as have just read the BPG, & it does sound as though they wrote it themselves.. Sorry we can't help.

Stayed there in 2005, it was part of our first trip abroad after buying the winnie. From memory most pitches are sloped as its on the side of a hill. We had a decent sized one at the bottom, the access roads aren't the widest and I was surprised to see an RV sitting at the top with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside, it was least 36' maybe longer. As someone said, "Their are drivers, and their are drivers" Me, I am just a driver.

It may have changed, but then their was no ground level dump, indeed even with a macerator and 25' of hose I couldn't reach a dump point. nice pool over the otherside of the site, you just have to climb the hill and down the otherside to get to it. Restaurant and nightclub at the top.

30 minute walk into Frjus on the main road, no paths at that time. As I said this was in 2005 so might be quite different now. We stayed a week on our way back from Italy.
