Brian, we are not waiting for any updates. Those that are going will pay in advance and will have to arrive on the Thursday. We will wait until as late as possible to get the most members possible and we will go. Its not on until July 2009

Hi Jim,
I know its not till july 2009, but it is already too late now i think if you want to get a spot inside the showground I have mentioned before that to be inside I think i am right in saying that you had to pay a deposit before end of November 2008, and it does get booked up quite early. so even though it is a long way off sooner rather than later me thinks
