I really thought you were going to say top because most leaks seem to be wind driven water under the slide-out awning. The seal around your slide-outs are leak resistant but not leak proof. Wind driven rain can penetrate through the seal. Does the leak only occur in windy weather?

Inspect the condition of the awning and the roof of your slide-out. Remember that a slide-out awning helps minimize leaks at best, it cannot prevent leaks. In wet weather or better still, in dry weather with a hose, check carefully all around the slide-out seal, the water may well come in from a different place from where it eventually ends up.

Best of luck

That's an unusual place to leak although water does have an annoying habit of coming in at one place but appearing somewhere else!
I don't know if your sink is in your slideout, ours is. We had a small leak that actually turned out be a cracked sink drain pipe. It never seemed to leak when we used the sink only in the middle of the night. As we'd had a leak from a roof vent I spent ages trying to trace the leak. Of course, if we'd had some dry weather during the summer it would have been obvious it wasn't the slide-out or roof vent leaking.

Regards
Doug
