Cool slide out stuck

Hi
we had our georgieboy cruismaster towed recently and now find that the slide out is jammed. One corner appears to be too far in. Possibly twisted when being towed. Tow truck owner uninterested. Any suggestions on how to free this would be helpful. thanks.

Hi and welcome to RVOC
I can't see how the tow truck could have damaged the slide-------it was in ???????????????
I have no idea how yours works-------but a 'phone call to Duncan (Star Spangled Spanner) would be a good idea

Might sound silly questions but is the motor running when you try and power it out ??

Is is rack & pinion type /cable / hydraulic

As said Duncan is you man with the knowledge of all things RV but when you speak to him have all possible details of your unit to hand.

also, turn off power (switch to manual) and there is a hole where you can insert a pole / lever which will unwind the slide manually. fiddly - but at least you should be able to see what is happening (assuming it's the same as mine on a Georgie Boy Pursuit) rack and pinion through a worn gear. The access hole is toward the front of the slide.

DO NOT DRIVE with the switch set to manual it effectively frees the motor which locks the slide in (there could also be a mechanical lock that may need to be removed too)

Hi romo
It should be quite simple to line it up again (ask Rog & Gran) But you really want to know WHY it went out of line ??????
