Bien Assise at Guines is closed but we heard that if you ring he lets you pull on for overnight stops, no faciilities open, about 30mins from Calais
Might be worth a try  eltel

If you are coming from the south we always stay at the aire near Le Touquet next to the Equestrian Stadium plenty of room and about an hour from Calais (44 miles), we stayed there at the end of August 7 Euro for a ticket from the machine near the gate.
There is a Buffalo Grill and McDonalds on the road back into Le Touquet. Regards Pat
