Default Attaching a .pdf to a Googlemap bubble.

Hello all - I need a computer boffin's help urgently!

I have a google map of the UK Sites attached to our web site - and it has been requested that I attach a .pdf copy of each site 'page' from the Big Pitch Guide to the 'bubble' of information for that site.

How do I attach a .pdf copy of one of our site pages to a google map 'bubble?

Do I upload it to Picasa - how do I get it from there to the Google bubble?

To attach a web site is easy - but how do I attach a .pdf?

Anybody know?

Dick

Hi Dick, that's easy.

Upload the pdf to your website, then post the absolute url of that file as a link in your map bubble ie: www.mywebsite.co.uk/myfile.pdf

Most browsers will open the pdf directly. It can then be saved and printed

Default Voodoo Dolls

Oh boy, oh boy - you should be feeling a pain in your left leg, your right leg and several other parts of your anatomy that it's too early in the morning to mention

I have spent three days puzzling over this problem and you solve it in a few short words.

I am decent enough to say thank you ..............

but I am still going to continue sticking pins into your effigy!

Warm Regards

Dick
